Time flies and years change. On January 25, 2016, our company ushered in the annual end-of-year summary meeting. The company leaders and all the staff gathered to sum up the past and look forward to the future.


Time flies and years change. On January 25, 2016, our company ushered in the annual end-of-year summary meeting. The company leaders and all the staff gathered to sum up the past and look forward to the future.

The conference was presided over by Liu Xin, manager of additives business department, and opened with his wonderful and sincere New Year's Speech Conference.

According to the first item of the meeting process, the staff of the basic department will report on their work. Every post member summarizes the past year's work in the form of PPT speeches, reflects on the shortcomings and points out the direction of efforts, which is meticulous and comprehensive. Manager Wang of the Foundation Department made a comprehensive summary, emphasizing in particular the four kinds of consciousness that the basic department should have as a link of the company, namely, service consciousness, responsibility consciousness, responsibility consciousness and innovation consciousness, whose distinct views were highly recognized by all staff.




        The second item of the meeting was a report by manager Wang Rucai of bulk raw materials business department on the sales work in 2015. Manager Wang made a detailed statistical summary of the sales of various varieties in 2015, and compared it with 2014. Combining with the overall market situation in 2015, he objectively analyzed the reasons for the increase and decrease of sales, and could find out the reasons from himself and reflect on himself. It sets a good example for us.

Manager Liu Xin of additive business department of the third meeting made a report summary. With his rich experience and professional knowledge, Manager Liu not only made the report detailed and clear, but also clearly pointed out the direction of work in 2016.


       The fifth item of the meeting was reported by the Dairy Cattle Department. Firstly, manager Fu Hengliang summarized his work. Through one year's efforts, everything was done personally, which made the cooperation between Tianli and Ranch more smooth. It has made a great contribution to the development of the company's dairy business department. The spirit of Fu manager's continuous learning also inspires everyone in Tianli. Then manager Cao reported on the work of the whole dairy business department and summarized the main work in 2015. Not only did sales grow by 100%, but also great success was achieved in developing new customers. Cao concluded with a sentence and warned every employee of Tianli that good results come from a positive attitude. We should attach importance to the process and make unremitting efforts to achieve our goals.

The sixth item of the meeting was summarized by General Liu of the company. Firstly, General Liu affirmed the work of various departments in 2015, reviewed the growth of Tianli animal husbandry in 2015, and successfully moved from the company to the company and passed the GSP acceptance with high marks, all of which permeated the efforts of every employee. Liu pointed out that in 2016, the focus will continue to be on talent development and the realization of employee value. It has set goals for the sales department. There is no doubt that the managers of the sales department have been bravely appointed and the atmosphere of the meeting has reached a climax.

The last part of the meeting is also an exciting part. With the vivid introduction of the host, the winner of the Grand Prize, Liu Bo of the Foundation Department, emerged. This is a surprise and a real honor. I hope every employee will be diligent in his position and gain if he gives.


     At the end of the annual summary meeting, all the staff gathered for dinner. 2015 is a year of giving and harvesting. Here we talk about the past and look forward to the future. In 2016, all staff should be innovative, down-to-earth, hard-working and striving to make their own contributions to the development of Tianli animal husbandry.
